After installation please follow these steps for resetting your lamp timer:

1) Press the [Menu] button to display the menu.

2) Select "Function" > "Lamp Reset" from the menu.

3) On the "Reset Lamp Time?" screen, select "Yes" and press the [OK] button. Your lamp timer should now be reset to 0 hours.

Please rate your purchasing experience with Pureland Supply and the overall quality of this lamp star

The bulb came quickly, I ordered it on a Monday and it arrived by Thursday. I purchased it for me JVC RS-500. The lamp works fine thus far. My only concern as I was told it used the OEM JVC lamp which is a Ushio NSHA250JK lamp. It appears to have come with an Ushio bulb, but it is NSHA220G lamp. I'm not certain what the difference is the replacement lamp can only handle 220 watts vs the 250-265 watts of the original lamp. In short, Pureland was easy to order from and get on the phone, but the bulb does not reflect what they said it would be as they said it would be an OEM bulb with an 3rd party housing. It is a 3rd party housing with a Ushio bulb that isn't the same as the OEM bulb. Hence the 2 star review.
