This is the second lamp I've purchased from Pureland for my Epson 3020. Been satisfied both times. Also, it's also shocking the first time you boot up the new bulb and realize how dim the old one had gotten!

Unfortunately, I purchased the lamp as I was moving out of the house and left the projector for the new owner, so I don't know if or how it worked. However, the service was fantastic ... from the phone call to the delivery. I'm adding a media room to my new home, and will definitely use your company for future needs.
