The NP22LP lamp assembly feels surprisingly solid, not cheap plastic like some aftermarket options I've seen. You can tell Ushio makes a quality bulb, and the housing seems well-constructed, hopefully I won't have to replace it anytime soon. My picture is bright again, thanks PurelandSupply for the fast shipping and what appears to be a well-built product.

We bought this NEC lamp and received it the next morning . It was delivered double boxed with plenty of packing material. Upon inspection we found the Philips bulb inside and overall construction was excellent.. Installation was easy and they lamp is working great.
