I had to order a replacement bulb for a recent purchase and spoke with Pureland's staff. They were so very helpful and explained the process with clarity and patience. We received the replacement and credit in a very timely manner. I would certainly recommend Pureland's products and customer service to anyone. They are a permanent addition to my vendor list.

I am so impressed with Pureland Supply! This is the first time I have used this company and they were so very helpful and the bulb worked perfectly. It has been a month and so much better than the replacement bulb I purchased previously from Amazon. Although that bulb was less pricey, it blew in a little over a week and I was worried that something was wrong with my projector when really it was the bulb! Pureland's customer service helped to reassure me that their bulbs are better quality and are under warranty for 180 days and feel they must be of a higher quality. With projector bulbs you definitely get what you pay for so invest the money!
