Our Powerlite 2042 Epson lamp replacement has a genuine original 230 Watt High-Quality bulb inside. The Powerlite 2042 lamp is rated 3,600 lumens with a lamp life of 6,000 hours (10,000 hours in Eco Mode). You must reset the lamp timer after replacing the projector's lamp to clear the lamp replacement message and to keep track of lamp usage correctly.

1. Turn on the projector and press the Menu button.

2. Select the Reset menu and press Enter.

3. Select Reset Lamp Hours and press Enter. You see a prompt asking if you want to reset the lamp hours. Select Yes and press Enter.

4. Press Menu or Esc to exit the menus.
