Swapping that old lamp was a breeze, the housing felt solid and well-made, unlike some cheaper models I've worked with. I'm always impressed with the build quality of these D963HDs, especially now that it's shining bright again thanks to the Philips UHP bulb I got from PurelandSupply. It's good to know some things are still built to last!

We were in a total jam and needed a Vivitek lamp the next morning - Pureland Supply to the rescue. They picked up the phone on the 1st ring which i found incredible and it was a live human! Barb helped me with my order and got it shipped out that day ( It shipped within 40 minutes actually). Our Vivitek projector lamp arrived the next morning and installed without a hitch. it's even brighter than our previous one. So very pleased with this company and will recommend them to anyone that needs a lamp.

Easy as can be to change out lamp--4 screws. When I fired up the new lamp, I couldn't believe how dim my old was, probably due to age. A great deal to renew my old projector!
