Glad to finally swap out that old bulb – this Ushio lamp feels way sturdier than the generic one we had before, like it can actually handle the simulator's runtime. The whole housing unit seems well-made, and it clicked right into the WD2000U with no fuss, so hopefully, fewer headaches down the line. Big thanks to PurelandSupply for getting it here fast; the students (and the golf team) are already back in action.

Popped in the new Ushio bulb from PurelandSupply and this projector's picture is bright again - finally! The housing on these WD2000U lamps always feels solid, not like some of the cheap generics we've tried. Hopefully, this one lasts as long as the original!
