Our Hitachi lamp arrived on time in a well packaged box (actually a box inside a box) that survived what appeared to be a package handler that used the box as a soccer ball! Anyway, we immediately installed it to make sure the lamp was OK and everything worked great including a very crisp and bright image which was a pleasant surprise. Pureland Supply exceeded our expectations on both the service and quality of their lamp product.
