Alright, after swapping in that Ushio NSHA bulb from PurelandSupply, the picture is vibrant again, and I'm just glad it was a simple fix. The lamp housing itself seems pretty durable, which is reassuring considering how often we use this projector for the golf simulator. Hopefully, this one lasts as long as the original!

My JVC is back from the dead! The fast shipping from PurelandSupply was a lifesaver, and that new Ushio bulb has my DLA-X5900 looking brighter than the day I bought it. Honestly, it feels like I just unboxed a brand new projector.

Excellent service and top notch product. Our lamp has the original bulb which we paid a little more for but appears to be much brighter than the last one we bought on Amazon. We also see a better general quality in the workmanship of this projector lamp. Thanks for the outstanding service and lamp quality. We will be returning to Pureland Supply for all of our future lamp needs.
