Service was great! The reason for four stars was that the lamp life of the previous bulb, also from Pureland and the same make and model was 1344 hours on Medium power, rather than the "up to" 3500 hours.

Obvious care taken in packing and shipping the bulb. Certainly more so than other vendors, and bulb worked right out of the box. Had to return last one from other vendor, won't make that mistake again! Thanks Pureland Supply
