I had purchased a 'Brand X' lamp in February. The projector is used for 1-1/2 hours on Sundays. The el-cheapo lamp died during the last service in April. I decided to buy, what I hoped would be, an original equipment lamp. You came recommended from a sister church A/V operator. First usage: Brighter and in focus. I reset the lamp hour counter. I will let you know the total hours when it dies. What really impressed me was (1) The lamp was in stock (2) the lamp shipped on time (3) it actually fit better than the 'Brand X'. So far I couldn't be happier. BTW, the lady I talked to in Customer Service is an honest to goodness people person - KEEP HER!
